Look at the whole child
Development includes movement, communication, relationships and play. Milestones describe changes over time; they are not a competition between children. Our journal has no pass/fail score or deadline.
Capture an observation
Record what you noticed, the date and a little context. A new sound, an attempt to reach for something or a shared game can all become useful memories. You decide what matters enough to record.
Keep measurements together
Add measurements taken by your care team with their dates and source. Our chart simply displays the values you entered. It does not calculate percentiles or interpret growth.
Bring questions to your care team
If you are concerned about development, speak with your GP, child and family health nurse or paediatrician. A written question list can make the conversation easier. Do not wait for an app to assign a score.
