Guest tools
Guest planner entries, journal reflections and saved article choices are stored in localStorage in the browser you use. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to access them. Clear them from Account & data or your browser settings.
Cloud accounts
When Supabase is connected and you sign in, your profile and tool records are stored in that Supabase project. Supabase handles password authentication. Database access rules restrict private records to the account that owns them. The site frontend contains only the public project URL and publishable key.
Contact and newsletter
Contact submissions contain the name, email, subject and message you enter. Newsletter registration stores your email, consent timestamp and an unsubscribe token. Contact information is used to handle the enquiry; newsletter information is used to administer subscriptions. A configured sending service is required for newsletter delivery.
Cookies and browser storage
ParentCentral uses Google Analytics to understand visits and use of the website. The Google tag can use cookies and send page and interaction information to Google. Google Analytics configuration determines which enhanced measurements are collected. We have not added custom analytics events containing planner entries, journal text, passwords or contact message contents. Essential browser storage holds tool records and, when connected, Supabase session information. No social-media trackers or externally hosted fonts are embedded.
Your controls
You can export tool records, clear current tool data and, once connected, delete your account. Account deletion removes linked cloud records. Unsubscribe through the link in an email or from your signed-in account. Guest data is separate and must be cleared separately.
Retention and access
Guest records remain until you clear them or the browser removes them. Cloud records remain until you remove them, delete the account or the operator deletes them. Unlinked contact submissions and newsletter records require operator handling. Use Contact for a privacy request; avoid including unnecessary sensitive details.
