Find support for your situation
The official feeding library covers breastfeeding, bottle feeding and introducing solids. Choose the resource that fits your current question. Support is available whether you breastfeed, use formula or combine approaches.
Keep a question list
Write down what you want help with before an appointment. Describe what you have noticed and what you have already tried. Practical questions about comfort, expressing, equipment or returning to work are worth bringing along.
Use records as notes
Our tracker can record a feed and an optional amount. These entries do not calculate how much your baby needs or decide whether intake is adequate. Your care team can interpret concerns alongside your baby’s individual circumstances.
Share the practical load
Even when one person does most feeding, another can organise supplies, prepare meals, handle household tasks or arrange appointments. Use the family calendar to make specific offers of help visible.
